2 Administration-2 Conduct of Examination, Grant of Loans and Advances, MACP, Annual Increments, Leave Account, Permission for Higher Education, Deputations etc.
3 Administration-3 Procurement of Goods and Services for the Office.
4 Legal and Confidential Section Disciplinary Cases against Staff Members & Court Cases for and against the Office. Confidential Matters relating to Office.
5 RTI /APAR Applications and Appeal cases under Right to Information Act 2005. Annual Performance Appraisal Reports of the Staff Members are maintained by the section.
6 Training and Hindi Section For capacity building of the Staff, Need based Training to Staff are provided by the Section
7 Pay Fixation and Pension Grievance Cell Deals with pay fixation cases after 6th Pay Commission Report. Pension related grievances of Retired Staff Members are also dealt by the section.
8 Estate Management Section Upkeep and Maintenance of Office Building/Guest House/Residential Colony. Also Responsible for allotment of quarters in residential colony to Staff Members of Local Offices of IA&AD
9 State Finance and FINAT Section Preparation of CAGs Annual Reports on State Finance for the Government of Punjab including Certification of Finance and Appropriation Accounts.
10 Office Establishment Section(OE-I & II) Deals with Pay and Entitlements of Staff, TA Bills, Medical Bills, LTC Bills, Credit Slips, Expenditure Report.
11 EDP Section Maintenance of Hardware and Software including upkeeps of official local Website.
