||Applications and Appeal cases under Right to Information Act 2005.
Annual Performance Appraisal Reports of the Staff Members are maintained by the section.
||Training and Hindi Section
||For capacity building of the Staff, Need based Training to Staff are provided by the Section
||Pay Fixation and Pension Grievance Cell
||Deals with pay fixation cases after 6th Pay Commission Report.
Pension related grievances of Retired Staff Members are also dealt by the section.
||Estate Management Section
||Upkeep and Maintenance of Office Building/Guest House/Residential Colony.
Also Responsible for allotment of quarters in residential colony to Staff Members of Local Offices of IA&AD
||State Finance and FINAT Section
||Preparation of CAGs Annual Reports on State Finance for the Government of Punjab including Certification of Finance and Appropriation Accounts.
||Office Establishment Section(OE-I & II)
||Deals with Pay and Entitlements of Staff, TA Bills, Medical Bills, LTC Bills, Credit Slips, Expenditure Report.
||Maintenance of Hardware and Software including upkeeps of official local Website.
